My stay at Golden House was a mixed bag. While the location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Chit Lom BTS station and surrounded by shopping malls, I had some negative experiences with the service. The receptionists were not always friendly, and some aspects of the hotel could use improvement. However, I found the room comfortable, especially the memory foam bed, which made for a decent experience overall.
